By supporting teams or taskforces appointed by a client we not only facilitate 100% ownership of the process and outputs but also build capacity of the members in the provision of such services within or outside their organisations.
Strategic Planning Facilitation Services
TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) supports organizations, institutions, and communities in Education, Agriculture, Faith, and Health to develop strategic plans through a subscription-based service. TSSL deploys a highly participatory approach that ensures 100% ownership of the process and outputs by the client and capacity building of the supported team or task force.
After subscription confirmation, a TSSL facilitator will work with an appointed team or task force to develop an environmental scan strategy, tools, and plan.
The appointed team will be trained on the usage of the environmental scan tools and supported to pre-test and improve them before a full-scale deployment.
Resources Mobilisation Service
TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) supports organisations, institutions and communities to mobilise resources for interventions, initiatives, or projects in Agriculture, Education, Health, Faith and Community through a fixed term subscription. This service is offered to public and private organisations as well as to civil societies, professional, trade, faith and community-based organisations. Our highly participatory approach ensures not only capacity building of the subscribing organisation, but also 100% ownership of the process and outputs by the client.
Project Design & Proposal Writing Service
TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) supports organisations, institutions and communities to build capacity for designing, planning and writing proposals for development projects in Education, Agriculture, Faith and Health through a highly participatory approach that ensures 100% ownership of the process and outputs by the client. This is a subscription-based service that is offered to public, private and third sector organisations. - TSSL will support a dedicated team or taskforce appointed by the client to develop up to 3 draft project proposals - 20 full days (160 hrs) split into three phases of 10, 4 and 6 days respectively are required to complete the process successfully - A capacity building approach premised on LEARNING, PRACTICING & DOING will be used throughout the process to ensure smnooth transfer of relevant skills - A combination of on or offsite workshop settings will be used to produce the results - Up to 16hrs of online support will be provided by TSSL after completion of the draft proposal/s
Evaluation Services
TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) has vast experience in evaluating public, private and third sector organisations’ plans, projects, programmes and strategies. Our client-driven and client-centric service entails working closely with an appointed evaluation task force or committee/team Agriculture, Education, Health, Faith and Community through a fixed term subscription. This service is offered to public and private organisations as well as to civil societies, professional, trade, faith and community-based organisations.
- After confirmation of subscription a TSSL facilitator will work with an appointed team or taskforce to review relevant documents and prepare an inception report with a detailed methodology and schedule of activities.
- The appointed team will work with the facilitator to identify and sample stakeholders for data collection.
- A TSSL facilitator will support the team to develop and pre-test data collection and analysis tools and guides.
- A TSSL facilitator will work with the selected team to collect data from sampled stakeholders
