After confirmation of subscription a TSSL facilitator will work with an appointed team or taskforce to review relevant documents and prepare an inception report with a detailed methodology and schedule of activities. The appointed team will work with the facilitator to identify and sample stakeholders for data collection. A TSSL facilitator will support the team to develop and pre-test data collection and analysis tools and guides.
