TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) has vast experience in evaluating public, private and third sector organisations’ plans, projects, programmes and strategies. Our client-driven and client-centric service entails working closely with an appointed evaluation task force or committee/team Agriculture, Education, Health, Faith and Community through a fixed term subscription. This service is offered to public and private organisations as well as to civil societies, professional, trade, faith and community-based organisations.

1. After confirmation of subscriptiona TSSL facilitator will work with an appointed team or taskforce to review relevant documents and prepare an inception report with a detailed methodology and schedule of activities.
2. The appointed team will work with the facilitator to identify and sample stakeholders for data collection.
3. A TSSL facilitator will support the team to develop and pre-test data collection and analysis tools and guides.
4. A TSSL facilitator will work with the selected team to collect data from sampled stakeholders
5. A TSSL facilitator will support the selected team to analyse and interpret collected data and prepare report.
6. A TSSL facilitator will support the selected team to develop an evaluation report.
7. The subscriber will be responsible for all costs associated with the evaluation process including venue, refreshments, stationery, promotional materials, travel and upkeep of team members (where applicable)
8. TSSL will dedicate 25 working days (200 hours) spread over three (3) months for the whole process.
9. The facilitation fee is payable in two instalments of 50% (on engagement) and 50% (on completion of the final draft of the evaluation report).
