TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) supports organisations, institutions and communities to build capacity for designing, planning and writing proposals for development projects in Education, Agriculture, Faith and Health through a highly participatory approach that ensures 100% ownership of the process and outputs by the client. This is a subscription-based service that is offered to public, private and third sector organisations.

1. TSSL will support a dedicated team or taskforce appointed by the client to develop up to 3 draft project proposals
2. 20 full days (160 hrs) split into three phases of 10, 4 and 6 days respectively are required to complete the process successfully
3. A capacity building approach premised on LEARNING, PRACTICING & DOING will be used throughout the process to ensure smooth transfer of relevant skills
   A combination of on or offsite workshop settings will be used to produce the results
4. Up to 16hrs of online support will be provided by TSSL after completion of the draft proposal/s
