TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) supports organisations, institutions and communities to mobilise resources for interventions, initiatives, or projects in Agriculture, Education, Health, Faith and Community through a fixed term subscription. This service is offered to public and private organisations as well as to civil societies, professional, trade, faith and community-based organisations. Our highly participatory approach ensures not only capacity building of the subscribing organisation, but also 100% ownership of the process and outputs by the client.

1. After confirmation of subscription a TSSL facilitator will work with the appointed team to develop a resources mobilisation strategy and plan for up to 2 major projects/initiatives/interventions
2. TSSL will research for funding opportunities from within and outside Tanzania and present findings and recommendations for consideration, review, guidance and approval
3. TSSL will work with the appointed team to build their resources mobilisation capacity as well as to develop a resources mobilisation plan and tools in line with the approved recommendations and set targets
4. TSSL will work with the appointed team to implement the approved resources mobilisation plan and use the adopted tools within the agreed timeframe
5. The subscriber will be responsible for all costs associated with the resources mobilisation process including venue, refreshments, stationery, promotional materials, travel and upkeep of team members (where applicable)
6. TSSL will dedicate 20 working days (160 hours) spread over three to six (3 – 6) months for the whole exercise
7. The facilitation fee is payable in two instalments of 50% (on engagement) and 50% (on completion of the approved resources mobilisation plan)
