TWV Strategic Solutions Limited (TSSL) supports organisations, institutions and communities in Education, Agriculture, Faith and Health to develop strategic plans through a subscription-based service. TSSL deploys a highly participatory approach that ensures 100% ownership of the process and outputs by the client as well as capacity building of the supported team or taskforce.

1. After confirmation of subscription, a TSSL facilitator will work with an appointed team or taskforce to develop environmental scan strategy, tools and plan.
2. The appointed team will be trained on the usage of the environmental scan tools and supported to pre-test and improve them before a full-scale deployment.
3. A TSSL facilitator will support the team remotely during environmental scan.
4. A TSSL facilitator will work with the selected team to analyse findings from the enviromental scan, draw relevant conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.
5. A TSSL facilitator will support the selected team to present the findings, conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders at workshops. Inputs from the workshops will be used to develop a draft strategic plan
6. The subscriber will be responsible for all costs associated with the strategic planning process including venue, refreshments, stationery, promotional materials, travel and upkeep of team members (where applicable)
7. TSSL will dedicate 25 working days (200 hours) spread over three to six (3-6) months for the whole process. 
8. The facilitation fee is payable in two instalments of 50% (on engagement) and 50% (on completion of the final draft of the strategic plan
